BARNSTAPLE BY-PASS SCHEME
Devon County Council has been declared a National Green Hero for protecting the environment during the £42m Barnstaple Western By Pass scheme. The Green Organisation has featured the project in the Green Book -a reference on environmental best practice distributed internationally to environmental professionals.
